What You’ll Learn

On the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to lead teams effectively and support operational goals. Monthly leadership masterclasses provide insight into leadership styles, motivation, team performance, and planning, while one-to-one coaching helps you apply these concepts to real workplace challenges. Learners also complete work-based improvement projects and compile a portfolio using evidence from supervisory tasks, building practical leadership experience and confidence in managing teams.

Throughout the programme, you will strengthen communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, while learning to manage operational delivery and performance.
