We are proud to announce that The Specialists Hub Ltd has been rated ‘Good’ across all areas in our most recent full Ofsted inspection (6–8 May 2025). This marks a significant milestone in our journey and this recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our apprentices, staff, and employer partners. Ofsted’s inspection report commended the high-quality education and support we provide through our Data Apprenticeships.

Key Findings from the Ofsted Report

• “Apprentices are enthusiastic and enjoy their learning.” Inspectors noted our learners’ motivation, professionalism, and high attendance.

• Calm, focused learning environments and strong digital etiquette were highlighted as contributing factors to learner engagement and progress.

• Apprentices gain industry-relevant qualifications and take part in conferences, adding real value to their employers.

• Teaching and curriculum design were praised, especially our use of up-to-date content reflecting new legislation and technological change such as AI.

• Trainers and coaches were recognised for their deep subject expertise and effective teaching strategies.

• Almost a third of apprentices achieve distinctions, and many move into senior roles.

• Our Governance Board was applauded for holding leaders to account and setting a clear, ambitious direction.
