ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer
Course Outline
The ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer course spans four days, providing a structured approach to understanding and implementing an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS). On Day 1, participants are introduced to ISO/IEC 42001 and the fundamentals of initiating an AIMS implementation, establishing a strong foundation in AI management principles. Day 2 focuses on planning the implementation of an AIMS, covering methodologies, best practices, and strategic considerations necessary for a successful deployment.
Day 3 is dedicated to the practical implementation of an AIMS, allowing participants to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios and understand the key steps in establishing an operational AI management system. On Day 4, the emphasis shifts to monitoring and continual improvement of the AIMS, including preparation for a certification audit to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 42001 requirements. On completion of the 4 day course, learners can book their online certification exam, enabling participants to demonstrate their competence and readiness to lead AIMS implementation projects professionally.
